In his latest movie, 21 Bridges, Kitsch plays a supporting role as Ray Jackson, a war veteran and small-time criminal who’s being hunted by veteran police detective Andre Davis (Chadwick Boseman). While Kitsch couldn’t control the expectations placed on him, he appreciates the ups and downs, as well as the continued opportunities to jump back and forth between leading man and character actor.
